Update: YSS Online Programmes on Hold during SRF World Convocation

The week-long SRF World Convocation programme will be held online from August 14 to 20 (Sunday to Saturday).

With the exception of the Janmashtami commemorative meditation (Friday, August 19, 6:30 am to 8:00 am, IST), all programmes conducted by YSS Online Dhyana Kendra will be suspended from Monday, August 15 to Saturday, August 20. They will resume with the evening meditation on Sunday, August 21.

The Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS) Online Dhyana Kendra was launched by YSS/SRF President Sri Sri Swami Chidananda Giri on January 31, 2021. Since then, it has been offering YSS devotees and friends an opportunity to share the blessings of experiencing group meditation, in fellowship with many others from India and around the world.

We invite you to join us on Tuesday evenings for online meditation conducted by a YSS sannyasi. This programme begins with the practice of the Energization Exercises along with a recorded video, followed by a meditation guided by a YSS sannyasi.

The meditation session starts with an opening prayer, reading and chanting, followed by periods of guided meditation and concludes with Paramahansa Yoganandaji’s healing technique and a closing prayer.
