Paramahansa Yogananda met Mahavatar Babaji on July 25 of the year 1920. The meeting was a result of Yoganandaji’s fervent prayer before he embarked on the journey to United States in order to disseminate the Kriya Yoga teachings worldwide.
A YSS sannyasi-led meditation and discourse was organized to celebrate this momentous occasion to pay tribute to Mahavatar Babaji.
